5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- We are unable to fulfil the order; or
- Cancellation is required by law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

7. Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time you place the order.
Where required by applicable law, prices will be displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with the law.

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once dispatched, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–11 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at seleneskinsupport@gmail.com.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests where the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
